Do you have regular store hours?
Our showroom is open by appointment, including weekends and after-hours. Just let us know when you’d like to stop by, and we will be there to greet you.
Do your products come with a warranty?
We offer a one-year warranty on all non-wear and tear issue with any of our products.
Who installs your pool tables and shuffleboards?
We always send at least two of our experienced, full-time billiard mechanics on every installation.
Can you change the felt color on re-finished pool tables?
We can change the felt to any color for $250.
Are delivery and installation included in the price?
Yes and no. Delivery and installation are included for our re-finished tables within the DFW area. For our Chateau products, we will calculate your delivery and installation charges during the checkout process.
How long will delivery and installation take?
It will take 2-3 hours to install a pool table or a shuffleboard.
What is the minimum room size for a pool table?
Optimal room dimensions for a 7’ pool table are 13’ 7” X 16’ 10”.
Optimal room dimensions for an 8’ pool table are 14’ X 17’ 8”.
Every inch shorter will require a corresponding reduction in the length of a standard 58” cue stick for tight spots.
Can I move my pool table around myself?
Not without damaging the legs, throwing off the level, and/or popping the slate seams.
Can a pool table or shuffleboard be installed upstairs?
Yes in almost every case.
Will my floor hold the weight of such heavy furniture?
Pool tables weigh from 700 – 1,200 pounds, which is heavy, but not enough to cause a problem in any house built to code.
How big is a pool table?
The playfield dimensions are 44’ X 88”, which measures from the tip of a cushion across to the other cushion tip. A 7’ playfield measures 39” X 78”.
Do I need a table cover?
A good pool table cover protects the felt from stains, fading, and cat hair. The most important reason to buy a cover is to protect the cushions from drying out from sun exposure.
How much does it cost to have a pool table moved?
Pool table moves start at $400. Cost depends on the type and size of the table, distance moved, stairs, and any special considerations.
